Price list – farmhouse holidays at the farm Hatzeshof

Prices in summer and winter, as well as terms and conditions for your holiday in our apartments in Laion / Lajen.

* The prices are intended for 2 or 4 people per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The different prices concern the low season and the high season.
Not included is the city tax. The city tax is calculated based on the district’s municipal regulation and is currently 1.55€ per person (14+) and per day.

Surcharges

• Cot provided for children up to 6 years in the parents’ bedroom for an additional fee of 35.00€ (bed linen included) per stay.
• The prices are intended for 2 people. We charge 40.00€ per day for every other person, and 12.00€ per day for children (4-14 years). Children under 3 years: free of charge. It is possible to add an extra bed in the bedroom or to use the sofa bed in the living room (up to a maximum of 6 people).
• For a short stay up to 2 nights we charge additional 30.00€ per apartment and night in the high season.
• Breakfast basket for 2 adults from 20.00€ up, for children (7-14 years) 12.00€.

Arrival and departure:

• The apartments are ready from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave your apartment until 10 am.
• We would prefer Saturdays as days of arrival and departure.
• The Hatzeshof’s special price: If you stay for a minimum of 12 days, you get 1 day for free!
• In winter, the roads are cleared, nevertheless winter equipment is a must.

Booking:

In case of a booking, we request a down payment of 300.00 € per week to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation up to 1 week prior to your arrival, we charge 80%, up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival we charge 30% of your stay because of processing charges.
We recommend the following insurance.

Payment:

We accept cash as well as credit cards and Maestro.

Pets:

On request, you can bring your pet. We charge 15.00€ per day and per animal. A little basket and a blankie are available.

Smoking:

Smoking contradicts the philosophy of our house; therefore, we appreciate your understanding that it is not allowed in all the premises.

Personal request:

With slippers you protect our wooden floors, therefore we would kindly ask you to bring some from home.
