Hatzeshof’s apartments in Laion / Lajen
The newly renovated apartments are comfortable, furnished in a traditional alpine style, and, they charm with their wonderful mountain view.
Our apartments were re-edified and renovated with a lot of love in 2019. Each apartment accommodates 2 to 6 people. They were planned with a lot of attention to detail.
The careful and intensive planning and remediation period among property owner Andreas, architects Felix Kasseroler and Jürgen Posch of “Raum 3” and the South Tyrolean Antiquities and Monument Office resulted in a very good remediation and collaboration with the craftsmen of the newly renovated and listed farmhouse Hatzes including apartments.
The old wooden floors have been improved; and, the solid wooden furniture, from our own forest, imparts the new alpine style and the modern charm.
Every apartment has a monitored ventilation system, in order to keep the air exchange clear and also pollen-free when the windows are closed. Furthermore, all apartments have a small balcony and one apartment has a lodge. On beautiful days you can observe and enjoy an unforgettable, romantic and deep red sunset.
We provide our small guests with a cot, child high-chair and a changing table.
We heat with wood chips from our own forest. Also, the equipment and the objects in the apartment were selected on the basis of sustainability.
